The creators are Dave Clark: Former Director of the U.S. Institute of Languages with a master’s in language pedagogy; Estefania Sadler: hospital interpreper for 18 years and master’s in language pedagogy; Rachel Smith RN, BNA with multiple years of experience as a nurse.

Is it Hard to master Spanish? Can I do it?

Watch the video to see an example of students learning Spanish from this site. If you put in the time, you will learn (or your money back). The course generally takes 2-5 hours a week for 15 weeks. This prepares you for the national certification exam (extra fee).

How Long Does Cerfication Last?

The certification is good for two years. Remember, after becoming certified and learning Spanish that you need to use it or you’ll lose it.

Is the Certification Written or Verbal?

Currently, the certificaiton is a written exam. The lesson is timed and short enough that you won’t be able to look up the answers. You have to know them. Soon the certification will include a verbal exam. Be sure and take it soon before the certification includes a verbal component.
